Building on a history of delivering high quality interior fitouts for over 50 years, in 2015 Schiavello Bathroom Pods began production to complement the services offered to our clients.

Schiavello bathroom pods are manufactured in a modern 65,000 sq. metre factory incorporating timber, glass, aluminium, steel, metal, plastic, solid surface and electrical. With such a vast array of capabilities in the one location, Schiavello is able to design, fabricate and fitout beautiful bathrooms to the highest quality in the shortest timeframes, every time.

With automated and robotic systems, we are able to fast track our clients designs to detailed 3D models and production ready bathroom prototypes for client inspection and approval. Using the best design and modelling tools available and incorporating Schiavello products, we work collaboratively to help our clients realise their vision for their project.

Schiavello’s design philosophy stems from a holistic approach that embraces and brings together the knowledge, design, engineering and manufacturing strengths of our multidisciplinary team.

Internal collaboration, idea sharing and the transfer of knowledge play a critical role within our design process. The ability to fully engage and consult with our manufacturing facilities provides an open door to both current and emerging manufacturing and material advances, which fosters seamless innovation during the design process.

Relationships between our internal skill bases are complemented with an array of external collaborations.

We are committed to building upon our community of research leaders, design thinkers and manufacturing experts.

To showcase what can be achieved through collaboration, great design and advanced manufacturing, Schiavello, Omvivo and Carr Design have jointly developed a range of residential and hotel bathroom pod designs now available to the market.

Carr Design Group won the coveted World Hotel Interior of the Year 2018 award for their groundbreaking interior work on boutique hotel Jackalope.

In order to protect the environment, minimise waste and emissions, increase the sustainability of our materials, and create quality products, we have engaged in extensive third party sustainability certification by the Global GreenTag Certification Program.

We understand our clients’ environmental imperatives – and have engaged a growing team of Green Building Council Australia (GBCA) accredited Green Star® professionals to help clients across business units achieve their environmental objectives, working with leading certification bodies to help them choose products that are better for the environment.

Schiavello has been manufacturing high quality products since 1966. Quality is a key pillar of our business and has been critical to our success.

We are certified in accordance with the global benchmark of ISO9001 and have been since 1995, however, our approach to quality and continuous improvement ensures that we operate at a much higher level.

Schiavello products are designed and manufactured in accordance with our nationally and internationally accredited ISO9001 Quality Management System. Schiavello operates an Integrated Management System (IMS), combining our Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
