SPRING
Spring is loaded with Club activities; Sporting Clays, Bench Rest
Matches, Schutzen Matches and of course the Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner to name a few. Remember this is your Club, we
need volunteers and your participation in Club events!
News & Notes
As reported earlier the Club contracted with a logging company to clear out the Ash Trees on the property before they were all killed by the Emerald Ash Borer. They’re almost done and the Sporting Clays course is finished. All that remains are some tops that need to be cleaned up. The course will be ready to open on schedule in March. The Club has purchased several more automatic trap machines for the Sporting Clays course. This means that we will be able to run the Hunters Tour nearly fully automatic. After the carpet downstairs was ruined this winter by a waste pipe backup, a new carpet was installed. The exhaust fan in the kitchen was serviced over the winter and is now in good working order.
Don’t forget Spring Cleanup is coming up in May!
Volunteers are needed. A signup sheet will be posted in the Clubhouse.
