Problem:In India most of the complaint registration for

government bodies i.e:BWSSB,KPTCL ,etc are offline i.e filling a

form writing the details of problem and address for which we have

to travel to offices or make calls which is tedious

Solution :A mechanism to accept complaints from citizens 24x7

would be the expectation from both the citizen and the

government bodies with number of -people using mobile phones

is increasing ,it has become a need for users to provide application

on their mobiles all facilities one is been utilizing on the internet

The user registers a complaint using the application, which

is communicated to the server.

PIN CODE will serve as a division boundary between

different locality and the complaint will be exclusively

registered to the Concerned Authority of that Particular

Area.

Each Customer will be provided with a Tracking ID which

will also serve as a PRIMARY KEY in our database .
