The Exacta Warehouse Control System (WCS) includes traditional automation control as well as several modules of functionality, planning, visibility, and order fulfillment.

The Exacta WCS collects information as events occur from all types of order fulfillment technology and material handling equipment, as well as other higher level software systems to efficiently direct and manage processing within a warehouse.

Our Exacta software suite includes a warehouse management system, warehouse control system, an order management system, and monitors warehouse performance.

Shoe Sorter. Shoe sortation provides a very soft, positive divert at rates up to 220 cartons per minute. Shoe sorters can be used in applications where there is a wide variety of product sizes, shapes, and weights being sorted.

Tilt Tray. Tilt Tray sortation will simultaneously sort irregularly shaped products from small light-weight polybags to larger packages weighing up to 34 kg. It works best when the items are able to slip or flow off the tray by gravity.

Cross Belt. Cross Belt sorters are used to sort parcels, apparel, and small items at high speed as well as fragile or high friction items. Advantages include tight divert centers and sortation rates in excess of 500 cartons per minute.

Pusher. High speed pusher sorters are used to sort items difficult to convey due to their irregular shapes. High speed pneumatic pushers can divert 120 items per minute and at a right angle onto chutes on close center lines.

Pivot Wheel. Pivot Wheel sorters are typically belt driven, and sort using two sets of wheels that pivot separately and in sequence, at each diverter station. Pivot wheel sorters run up to 75 cartons per minute.

Narrow Belt. The Narrow Belt sorter is designed with multiple narrow belts to transport product. High-friction divert wheels rise up between the belts to accurately divert product at a 30 to 90 degree angle at a rate of 100cartons perminute.

Sortation Sorters are the ideal solution for separating products from in-feed conveyor lines to shipping lanes, palletising operations, packing stations, and other sortation applications.
