Kevin Nieman (A. Mus.) – Choral DirectorIn January, Kevin begins his 23rd year as choral director of the

Pembroke Community Choir. He is an Associate of the WesternConservatory of Music (Conservatory Canada), affiliated with theUniversity of Western Ontario, London. Kevin is the organist atChrist Lutheran Church, Petawawa, and directs the senior, juniorand handbell choirs there as well. His wife, Catherine, enjoys being part of the choir, while children,Greg, Stephanie and Natalie, are busy finishing high school andmaking their career choices.

Darlene Millar – AccompanistDarlene Millar (TerMarsch) is well-known throughout the

Ottawa Valley with her association with various musical organiza-tions over the years: Pembroke Community Choir, Pembroke Musi-cal Society, Legion Swing Band, Deep River Symphony Orchestra,and Valley Festival Choir. Her range of instruments includes piano,organ, harpsichord, and percussion. She has studied both piano andvoice through the Royal Conservatory of Music. She has 27 yearsexperience as a church organist, and has been the Organist/ChoirDirector at St. George's Protestant Chapel, CFB/ASU Petawawa forthe last fourteen years. In addition to performing, Darlene hascomposed and arranged various compositions for piano, voice, andwoodwind instruments.
