USB MODEM or WIRELESS BROADBAND (Sun/Smart/Globe/etc) is NOT RECOMMENDED for internet viewing.

DSL and Electrical Connection should be ready PRIOR the installation schedule.

ACCOMODATION, TRANSPORTATION, and MEAL ALLOWANCE will be charged to client if the area is outside Metro Manila.

There will be a seven-day service warranty period for the installed CCTV system, however RE-INSTALLATION or RELOCATION of any of the CCTV CAMERA is not allowed. If the client wants to change the location of the said device, there will be a new installation charge.

After the installation, client may avail three (3) home service FREE of charge. But on the fourth visit, client should pay Php 500.00 for every request of home/office service.

Carry-in WARRANTY for One year on the DVR and CCTV camera.

Delivery is free within Metro Manila otherwise, shipping cost will be shouldered by client.

For CCTV installation, we require FULL PAYMENT on the materials before we give you the installation schedule.

Deposit Slip must be presented before releasing of the items for online buyers.
