Text can have many appearances. Each line has a different name with preset settings. These setting will

NOT apply to the entire document, it will highlight data in a particular order based on the line the information is on.

It is mainly to be used for a small document.

Create a LetterWhen you create a letter you should have the date in the upper right corner, your name and address in the upper left, the person you are addressing with their name and contact information below on the left.

Next you will address the person and type up what you want to say. This should be followed with a salutation, and your name followed by your title.

Printing Your Document**YOU ALWAYS WANT TO SAVE THE DOCUMENT YOU ARE

PRINTING IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE YOU NEED RECORD OF IT OR WANT TO USE IT AGAIN.**

Go to the FILE tab

Click on PRINT from the left side options

Choose the print options you desire

Click PRINT with the printer icon
