Eyes follow hands. Cross Crawl with opposite arm and leg. 10X each side. Deep breathing. Pelvic rock. On exhale head forward and press chest. 15X. Alternate for #5: Deep breathing. Pelvic rock. Head backand press chest on exhale. 15X. Deep breathing. Pelvic rock. Head back accentuating cervical release on exhale. 15X. Remove ball and hold breath out and focus on energy movement. Put hands on feeling of well-being in body. Take 3 or more deep breaths and hold breath out. Find “I AM.” Rest quietly in that place.
