• 23 – 7 = 16

• 16/100 = 0.16

Follow Up frequency by band standardised - PDSA to help

increase capacity and meet growing demand

US Microsystems work focused team onto Adherence

Waiting reduced from mean of 40

reducing rate from 16.3% to 8.3%
