The 300 AAC Blackout is a reliable 30-caliber solution forthe AR-15 platform that uses existing-inventory 5.56mmmagazines for a full 30 round capacity. The highly-efficientcartridge can change between standard full powerammunition and quiet-when-suppressed subsonic loadswithout any adjustments needed to the firearm. It has asmuch energy from a 16-inch barrel as 5.56mm does from a24-inch barrel, all while having less flash, blast, and noise.Being 30 caliber, 300 BLK is less effected by obstacles,

such as automobile glass, than 5.56mm. The gain in frontalarea from 5.56mm to 30 cal is 89.1% - even more of aboost than the 60.7% size advantage that 45 Auto hasover 9mm. 300 AAC Blackout is a SAAMI-standard cartridge that issupported by over 150 companies.

BARNES 338 LAPUA M/LE AMMUNITION is made using thefinest components available, including a .338 caliber 300gr.lead core, high BC OTM bullet. In fact, after extensive testing,the United States Special Operations Command (SOCOM)awarded the Precision Sniper Rifle (PSR) contract to use thisbullet.
