Barium Springs Training Group believes that if
a participant can connect with a concept on
a personal level, then they are more likely to
adopt the idea, transforming and improving job
performance. Barium Springs will help with the
following:
> design, develop and deliver powerful training
programs, leadership support, conference
presentations and workshops.
> create and implement lasting change in both
thinking and behavior on all levels (from front-
line workers to leadership and administration)
> offer a unique array of services specifically
designed to meet the needs of your
organization from assessment and strategic
planning to training and practice improvement
> coach to help facilitate systemic paradigm
shifts and support leadership
> offer a 3-pronged approach of services
specifically designed to meet the needs
of each organization through 1) organizational
change 2) curriculum development and
training 3) coaching and consultation
HOW WE WORK 1. Barium Springs facilitates an initial meeting
with your organization, allowing time to
determine the needs and best course of action.
2. Collaboratively we develop a plan based on
your needs, the culture of your organization,
and working within your available budget.
3. Our facilitators will help create a strategic plan
to implement the changes you want on a team
or organization.
4. End products range from a specifically
designed curriculum, training of your staff,
coaching and consulting, a strategic plan with
values and mission clarification or leadership
development.
