I'm refering to your recent letter, which I enclose a copy of, (since your letter doesn't seem to haveany date or reference-number).

You seem to be able to find the details about the home insurance I had with you, (which Imentioned in my previous letter).

It might help you, if I inform you, that my address at the time, was:

(The address was not Liverpool Lane, like you write, in your undated letter.

The street-name was Leather Lane.

Like I've checked now, that I wrote, in my last letter.

So it almost seems to me, that Barclays have problems with bad culture, in your company.

That people drink at work, since you write the street-names wrong, like this.

So perhaps you should get an ISO-certification, since you don't seem to have good quality control,in your organisation).

The reason I bought this home-insurance, was that I was in a good and optimistic mood, in thesummer, of 2006.

So when I dropped by your now closed branck, in Whitechapel, in Liverpool.

I said it was ok, when one of your clerks there, asked me if I wanted to upgrade to a premium-

account, and to also get a home-insurance.

(Since I hadn't expected to end up as long-time unemployed, like I am now.

So I didn't think that these 20-30 a month, (which was the total price for the home insurance andthe premium account), whoud be a problem for me, to pay.

Since I thought I would do well, in my carrier, and get good salaries, in the years after 2006, (whenI got this home insurance).

I had this home insurance, for a couple of years.

And since the problems, in this tenancy, were occuring, also during that time, (in 2006 and 2007), Iapply to get some possible compensation, for these problems, (since I had the mentioned home-insurance).

The problems in Leather Lane, were these:

1. Noise from G-bar disco

Four nights a week, from around 11.30 PM to 3-6AM, there was loud noise, from the neighbourdisco G-bar, which was just across the lane, (Leather Lane), from my flat.

It was also single-glass windows, in most of the rooms, and even if it was two windows, in the bed-room, it wasn't enough to stop the noise.

And one couldn't have the window open, at night, (to get fresh air), like I normally prefers.

So this was like a night-mare, I have to say.

I enclose a copy of a Noise log-sheet, which I sent to the council, in 2011, (I think it must have

been), togheter with a copy of an e-mail, to the Council, that explains more about this point.

2. To little furniture

There was not enough furniture, in the flat, even if I rented it fully furnitured.

A disrepair-inspector, from the Council, also commented on this, (that there wasn't that muchfurniture there, in 2011, I think it must have been).

3. The rent-payements weren't put on the rent-statement

In connection with that I reported the landlord, to the County Court, (I think it must have been), thelandlord, (TJ Thomas/Imperial Properties), produced a rent-statement, (which I enclose a copy of),which lacked many rent-payments, (I enclose copies of three recepts which shows this).

One day, a George, (from the landlords Preston-office, knocked on my door, to collect the rent,after I had informed the landlord that I wanted to buy more furniture, for the flat, for the HousingAllowance, since it was very little furniture, in the flat, when I moved in.

And after this, this 'Preston-George', was at my door, every month, (for months), to collect the rent.

(After I spoke with Lorna, (an office woman, working for the landlord), on George's mobile-phone,which he gave me, (to speak with Lorna, who was on the line, when I was handed the mobile), on

his first visit).

None of the rent, that Preston-George collected, is on the Landlord-statement.

So the landlord has done fraud against me, I think one must say.

4. Problems with disrepair

The Landlord was very bad at fixing stuff, in flat, that stopped working.

E.g. the washing-machine stopped working, and after months, (I think it must have been), thelandlord sent a repair-guy, who fixed the washing-machine.

The problem was, that the repair-guy didn't really fix the washing-machine.

He just pretended that he did it.

After he left, the washing-machine didn't work anyway.

So this was more fraud, I think I have to say.

And I had to do electrical repairs, in the bath-room, (because all the 'stuff' in the flat, was quite old,and broke down, at one point, during the around five years, which I lived there), myself.

Since the landlord was lagged, with doing repairs.

Since they e.g. didn't fix the boiler, untill around a year, after I had complained, that the boilerdidn't work, (I think it must have been).

So how could I report that the 'switch' to the shower, didn't work, then?

No, I had to repair it myself.

I couldn't go for a year, without showering, (so to speak).

And due to that it took so long, for the landlord, to fix the washing-machine.

I had to wash my clothes, in the bath-tub.

This I wasn't used with, (I've always had a wahing-machine where I've lived, earlier).

So most of my clothes got distroyed, due to dis-colouring, I remeber.

Due to that I left the clothes to long, in the washing-water, (I think it must have been).

And the 'shower-string-switch', we don't have in Norway, so I didn't understand the shower.

So the landlord sent a repair-guy, who ridiculed me, and I had to put my hand under the shower-head, he said.

Just to ridicule me, it seems to me now.

Because I'm not blind, (so to speak).

One doesn't have to feel the water, to understand that the shower works.

It's enough to see the water.

Which is fully possible, even if water is more or less see-through.

So I thought I was being made fun of, by the repair-guy, that the landlord sent, when I complainedabout, that the shower didn't work.

This was possibly my fault, since I'm from Norway.

But the landlord could have explained the shower, on the induction, since I'm from Norway, andthere the showers aren't that complicated to use, as here in the UK.

(Since in Norway, I've never seen e.g. a string-switch, in the bathroom-roof, for a shower.

And this string-switch isn't marked.

So how could I know if it was for the shower or the fan, (who also didn't work, but which I didn'tthink was that important, so I didn't care about that the heaher-fan, in the bathroom, didn't work.Since I didn't think the bathroom was that cold. I can't remember that I thought about thetemperature, in the bath-room, as a big problem. And I didn't want to complain, just 'to be difficult',so I didn't complain about e.g. the bathroom heathing-fan, that didn't work).

5. Dangerous stairs

This flat wasn't really flat.

When one got in the front-door, then there was a stairs, with a just a couple of steps in.

(It was two steps down, (if I remember it right), when one walked from the enterance-door.

In a hall, before one got to any of the rooms, in the appartment).

The first step, was lose.

It was the linolium-layer, (I think it's called), which was lose.

So this stairs was a death-trap, I think I have to say.

So I had to buy a hammer, and use two nails, to nail the lose linolium-plate, (in the stair-step), to thethe wooden material, under it.

6. Unhygenic sink

The sink in the kitchen, was unhygenic.

This sink was made in the material plastic, (I think it must have been).

And at the bottom, of the sink, there were cuts, from a knife, (I think it must have been).

(So I wondered if someone had slashed their wrists, or something, in that sink.

I remember).

The cust, in the bottom of the sink, were dirty.

And this dirt didn't go away, if one used soap, to try to wash the sink.

And also, it was only one sink, in the kitchen.

(And not two sinks, like I'm used with, from Norway.

Like e.g. my grandmother had, I remember).

There should be one sink, to wash the cups and plates etc. in, I think.

And one sink to pour out liquid household-waste in, I think.

At least, the cuts in the sink, seemed unhygenic, to me.

I thought that bacteria, could grow, in these cuts.

And to think that someone might have killed themselves, slashing their wrists, in this sink, was athought, that was a bit sickening, sometimes, (I think I have to say).

So I bought a dishwasher, from Argos, (like I informed the landlord), when I lived in the mentionedflat.

(But the cost of the dishwasher wasn't put on the rent-statement, even if I bought it for the flat, (like

I informed the landlord, in an e-mail)).

7. Cost of washing machine, dishwasher and furniture I bought, wasn't put on the rent-statement

Due to that the washing machine wasn't repaired, for months.

(After the landlord repair-guy had been there.

And failed to repair the washing-machine, even if he said he had fixed it, before he left.

I called a company, that fixes washing-machines.

And they told me the washing-machine needed a new enigine, (I think it was).

So it would be less expensive, to buy a new washing-machine.

I paid this repair-guy, with my own money.

Which really the landlord should have paid.

But this was only 10 or somethin, I think.

So this isn't a bit problem.

So I don't make an own point, of that expense).

I bought a new washing-machine, from Argos.

And I also bought a dish-washer, (from Argos), like I mentioned, under the previous point.

And I also bought some coffee-tables and a couple of dinner-table-chairs, (I think their called), fromArgos.

And possibly a TV-table.

At least I had planned to buy a TV-table, I think.

But the one I wanted, was sold-out, from Argos, I think.

And I never got to buy one, because before I got to buy one, 'Preston-George', started turning up, onmy door, to collect the rent.

So I couldn't use the housing-allowance, to buy stuff for the flat, any longer.

Anyhow, none of the mentioned 'stuff', which I bought, fot the flat.

(After informing the landlord, in e-mails).

Has been put, on the rent-statement.

So the landlord claims I owe them money.

When much of these moneys, I have used, to try to keep the flat, in an acceptable standard.

Something which really is the landlords responsibility.

So then the landlord is doing fraud again, I think, since these expensed, (for the washing-machineetc.), are really like rent-payments, which should have been put, on the rent-statement.

I remember when I lived at a shared flat, (owned by Oslo Municipality, named Ungbo, which is foronly people under around 23 years old).

Then my flat-mates got a rent-free month, (from the landlord), since they painted the hall.

So I should really have gotten a lot of rent-free months, since I fixed so much stuff, in the flat, (Ithink).

At least my expenses, (for the washing machine, etc.), should have been deducted, from my rent-arrears, (which it wasn't, if one look on the earlier mentioned rent-statement).

8. 'Garbage-code'

To throw household-waste, living at this address, was so problematic, that I labeled this problem,(for myself), 'the Garbage Code'.

(Like in the Mona Lisa-code).

Because the bin store, for this flat, was in a room, furthermost in, in the court-yard, outside the Ladyof Mann restaurant and Rigby's pub, (in Dale St.).

In this court-yard, it was a beer-garden, belonging to Lady of Mann restaurant, (and possibly also toRigbys Pub, for all that I know).

And there would be up to around one hundred people, in this beer-garden.

And these people would were smart clothes, (often business-clothes), and they would eat dinner,and/or drink beer/wine.

So it was like one embarrased oneselves, when one went to this bin-store.

Because it's embarrasing, (I think most people would think), to walk passed well-dressedrestaurdant and pub-guests, with household-waste.

Then one would feel stupid, since one wouldn't normally bring ones household-waste, when onewent out, on town.

The restaurant-guests were enjoying themselves, while I myself, was doing household-work.

So to walk through this beer-garden, with household-waste would mean to put oneselves in asituation, were one were descended, compared with the restaurant-guest.

So this garbage-arrangement, was humiliation and harrasing, I'd say.

Also, the port, to this court-yard, was locked, from around 11PM to 11AM.

So one couldn't throw the household-wasted, for half of the 24 hours, which a day is.

And one couldn't put the garbage-bags outside the gate, because the landlord explained, that theCouncil had complained about litter in Leather Lane.

So one got 'programmed', (I think I have to say), not to put the garbage-bags, outside of the gate, tothe court-yard, when this gate was locked.

And sometimes the gate would be opened a bit late.

And at 12 noon, the restaurant would open.

So it was really one for one hour, a day, that one could throw the garbage, (like the landlordwanted).

(That was between 11AM and 12AM).

So this flat was really for staff, working at Rigby's Pub/Lady of Mann-restaurant, (one could say).

Because they would probably not have minded this arrangement.

Since they had to start at 11AM anyway.

But for anyone else, this arrangement was very unpractical.

And one really had to focus on the garbage-arrangement, to try to get it right.

It isn't right, (I think), that one have to have garbage-throwing as the most imporant, in ones life.

That shoud be work, I think.

So the landlord should have written, in the add, in Liverpool Echo, that these flats, (in Hope

Chambers), where only suitable for people working in Rigby's Pub, (I think).

So this was also fraud, I think, that the landlord didn't write about this funny 'garbage-code', in theadd I read, in Liverpool Echo, (when I looked for new accomodation, in the spring/summer, of2006).

It's almost like a devil had made this garbage-throwing-system, I think.

(Even if I'm not religious).

The purple household-bins, should have been in Leather Lane, (I think), like I've also explainedabout, in e-mails, to the Council, (in 2011, I think it must have been).

9. Gift from landlord

When the landlord wanted to throw me out, (using rent-arrears as an excuse, even if the rent-statement, was really an example of fraud, like I've explained, under the earlier points).

Then I got a letter, from Mr. Grimes, (who worked for the landlord, as some type of clerk, I think).

That he would personally, show up, on my door, one Sunday, (the week before I was to be thrownout).

With a 'gift'.

Mr. Grimes freaked me out, a bit.

He had sounded angry and hate-full, towards the earlier tenant, on the induction.

(Due to that that tenant, had painted the walls and light-switches, in silver).

And the wall-to-wall carpet, in the bedroom, was more or less covered, in some strange 'textile-dust', when I moved in there.

A material I had to use a vacum-cleaner, to get cleaned up.

And this material filled almost one vacum-cleaner-bag, (as I remember it).

So this, togheter with the strange cut-marks, in the kitchen-sink, and the lose step, in the small stair,in the hall.

(Like I've mentioned under ealier points).

This freaked me out a bit.

And who want's a personal relationship, with the landlord-clerk?

Not me, at least.

So I thought this 'gift-visit', was a bit intimidating.

And bought myself an axe, in self-defense.

In case Mr. Grimes was a devil-worshiper, who really killed the tenants, (or something like that).

(Rigby's Pub has a lot of small devils, on the facade, of the building.

As part of the arhitecture.

And Hope Chambers was also called Rigby Building(s).

And I had to use the same bin-store, as Rigbys Pub.

So it was more or less the same company, who owned my flat, and ran Rigby's Pub, it seemed tome.

And also, one time, when I went to the bin-store twice, (one day, between 11AM and 12AM, Iguess it must have been).

I saw a woman, going through the content of my garbage-bag, (which I had thrown, around fifteenminutes earlier).

In the mentioned bin-store.

She had places some card-board, or something, on top of some bins.

And then she was sorting my garbage, (it seemed), on top of this improvised table, (or what oneshould call it).

So this gift, from Mr. Grimes, was some kind of threath, it seemed to me.

It was a bit intimidating, at least, I think.

10. Didn't get letter

Between 1996 and 2004, I had a bedsit, in the city centre, of Oslo.

(In a building owned by my then employer ICA).

There I had my own mail-box, (or 'postkasse', (post-case), like we say, in Norway).

Which I had my own key to.

In Hope Chambers, there were around seven flats, (if I remember it right).

And all the letters, to these flats, were just put under the enterance-door, for the building.

(By the postman).

So many people had access to my letters.

And when I took the landlord to Liverpool County Court.

Due to disrepair and the fraud, (I think one have to call it), on the rent-statement.

Then I didn't get a letter, about a hearing.

So I didn't get to prepare, for this hearing.

And someone claiming to be a bailiff, (employed by that court), called me, on my landline-phone.

But I couldn't know for sure, who this was.

So I didn't go to the hearing.

Since I hadn't been formally informed about this hearing.

And also since I hadn't gotten time to prepare, for this hearing.

And some days later, (I think it was), a bailiff and several police-officers, just threw me out, of theflat.

And I only got a few minutes, to pack some of my 'stuff', in a suit-case.

And I wasn't allowed, by the police-officers, to bring my duvet.

(For some strange reason).

So the post-arrangement, in the building, were my flat was, was very insecure.

Many tenants and also landlord-staff, had access to my letters, and could 'mess' with these.

And I can't for sure, if this happened.

(Because it could have been the postman, who made a mistake, and gave my letter, to one of theneighbours, or something).

But if the building had had post-cases, (Norwegian: 'postkasser'), for the tenants.

Then the 'post-system' would have been more secure, against criminals, who steal letters, (for

whichever reason they steal them), I think.

11. Bedroom-furniture in the living-room

When I moved in to this flat, two night-tables, were standing, in the living-room.

(Together with a coffee-table, and two two-seater leather sofas).

I don't think night-tables belong, in a lounge/living-room/TV-room.

So I think this was a bit like fraud, as well.

Since the flat wasn't really fully furnitured then.

It should have a least been a TV-table there, I think.

And the disrepair-inspector, from the Council, (in 2011), commented on the lounge, having littlefurniture in it, (if I understood him right).

(Even if this was a corner, of the lounge, where I used to have a drying-clothes-rack, (or what it'scalled again).

But at least, I don't think bedroom-furniture belongs, in a living-room.

This could be an embarassment, (I think one would have to say), if one have guests there, etc.

12. Haven't gotten my deposit and 'stuff' back

After I was thrown out, of this flat, by the Police.

I had to go to Sunderland, to live at university-accomodation there.

(Since I had no other plans, I could realisticly get to work, at this short notice.

And I was also thrown out unfairly, from University of Sunderland's Clanny House, Azalea Loungein Sunderland, the Scandinavian Churh, in Liverpool, and MAS, in Liverpool, from August 2011,(when I was throw out, of Leather Lane), untill May 2012, (when I was thrown out from MAS, inFairfield, in Liverpool, and at the same time by chance got the appartment I live in now, inWalton)).

But I could only bring some of my 'stuff' with me, to Sunderland.

Since I couldn't carry it all.

I had copies of noble-letters, (from two Adeler-lines), from the Danish national archive,(Rigsarkived).

Which I got since my mother inhertied a ring, from the last baron Adeler, (Holger baron Adeler), in1979, (I think it was).

Those noble-letter-copies, I didn't get with me.

And the Rigsarkivet, in Denmark, haven't sent me them again, even if I asked them if they could.

And also a funny Liverpool Echo-poster, (where the name of footballer Thomas Gravesen, was mis-spelled 'Thomas Graveson'), I didn't get with me.

I found this poster at a newspaper-sales-stand, (which was closed for the day), at a Moorefield,(Merseyrail), exit.

But that's part of freedom of speach, that one can take posters like that, which are dispayed inpublic, I think.

(After something I remember reading, on the internet, some years ago).

Also, the washing machine and the furniture etc., is really mine, I think.

My printer/scanner/copier, I didn't get with me.

Along with a lot of clothes, and a lot of kitchen-'stuff', like plates, glasses, casseroles, etc.

I didn't get with me.

And two TV's, I didn't get with me.

(I had one in the living-room, and one in the bedroom).

And my laptop-computer, (bought at PC World, in Aintree, on New Years Eve, in 2005), I didn'tget with me.

(Because I brought my desktop-computer, since I prefer them a bit, compared with laptop's).

Etc., etc.

And when I lived at MAS, (in Fairfield), I e-mailed T.J. Thomas, to hear if I could get my deposit,from Leather Lane, back.

(When MAS wanted to throw me out.

And I had little money, and nowhere to go.

Before I by chance, got a phone-call, about the place I live now.

Even if I really aplied for another flat, I think.

But I had no choice, but to live here, (where there also have been a lot of problems, with policestealing my desktop computer, (the one I brought with me, from Leather Lane, instead of mylaptop, who was a bit old, and had some problems with the cooling-fan, etc.), since I had no other

place to go to.

I enclose a copy of an e-mail, from Lorna, (an office-employee), at T.J. Thomas, were she explains,(without using formal 'business-language'), that I can't get my deposit back.

Even if I've heard earlier, (if I remember it right), that deposits like these, are like 'holly', and thatthe tenant should get the deposit back, even if it's a dispoute, about rent-arrears, etc.

I could have probably written many more pages about the problems, when I lived, at this address,(Flat 3, 5 Leather Lane).

But it's now, a couple of years ago, since I lived there.

So I don't remember all the 'stuff', that was wrong there, now.

But I've tried to explain about the problems, which I still remember.

And the most important, of these.

So I hope I can get some compensation, for these problemes.

I don't really want to go, to this landlord, to beg about getting my rent-payments, (due to thementioned problems), deposit, furniture and 'stuff' back.

Since I don't want anything more to do with that company, really.

(Since they freak me out a bit, I must admit).

So I hope I can get some compensation, since I had home insurance, (with you), for the first coupleof years, which I lived, at this address.

Since I write as a private person, and not as an office-clerk, representating an organisation, etc.

Since I've written about these problems, on my blog, (which I started in 2007, and which I still write

on).

And I have some old landlord-files, in a folder/organiser.

But I have thrown some of my old files, when I lived in Leather Lane, I lived there long enough,(for five years), to have a house-cleaning, (I think it's called).

So the home insurance-files, have ended up, in the purple bins, in the bin store, for HopeChambers/Rigby's Pub/Lady of Mann-restaurant, I think.

(I can't find any such files now, at least, in my organiser/archive-folder.

But that organiser is a bit untidy now, since the Police have had a razia here, for no good reason,(after fabricated charges against me), and they then went throught this organiser, and made a messout of the system there.

So it could be that files I earlier had under 'Bank', now could be under 'Council', or something.

And that I'll find some home insurance-files later.

But I doubt it.

I have most probably thrown these files, after canceling my home insurance, around 2009, forbudget-reasons.

The home insurance was paid, from my Barclays-account.

(By Direct Debit or Standing Order, I think it must have been.

So you could contact Barlclays Bank, and get this confirmed, if you still can't find my policy-number with you, after I've proviede you with the exact adress, to the appartment I lived in, when I

had this home insurance.
