Resume• Prise de réservations individuelles et réponses aux diverses questions des clients individuels concernantles points de vente restauration. (restrictions alimentaires, demandes particulières etc.)

• Réceptionner les demandes évènementielles de la clientèle groupe, envoyer des propositions, assurer lesuivi des options, établir les contrats, réceptionner les arrhes dans le cadre de la commercialisation despoints de vente suivants : restaurant le First, Bar Tuileries, Terrasse couverte et Terrasse extérieure,évènements en Suite et prestations restauration au SPA Six Senses..

• Apporter des réponses adaptées face aux besoins de chaque client compte-tenu des objectifs de ventequi sont fixés. Prendre en compte les impératifs techniques et opérationnels de chaque service pourorienter et conseiller le client selon son évènement.

• Communiquer avec l’ensemble des départements concernés par l’évènement pour transmettrel’intégralité des informations relatives au bon déroulement de l’évènement. (point de vente concerné,cuisine, stewarding, caviste, équipiers, PSAV, comptabilité)

• Assurer un suivi avec le client sur place dans la mesure du possible : prise d’initiative en cas dedemande imprévue ou d’insatisfaction du client.

• Une fois l’évènement ayant eu lieu, reprendre contact avec le client pour s’assurer de son entièresatisfaction et l’assurer de notre disponibilité pour prendre en charge toute demande future

• Contacter l’ensemble des clients ayant déjà effectué des demandes évènementielles au Westin Paris-Vendôme pour les tenir informés des nouveautés de nos points de vente, notamment des changements dedécor de la Terrasse du Westin Paris-Vendôme plusieurs fois par an. (utilisation du logiciel de newsletter «Play »)

• Communiquer aux clients individuels nos offres exceptionnelles (fêtes de fin d’années, bûche, galettes,brunch de Pâques etc.) Assurer le suivi des réservations, le prépaiement et le lien avec le point de venteconcerné pour le bon déroulement des opérations

• Assister le directeur de la restauration dans ses diverses tâches : renouvellement des cartes et menus,études de marchés, demandes de devis, analyses de l’activité des points de vente, gestion des points defidélité à attribuer aux clients SPG et diverses tâches administratives.
