BARB stand for B=broadcaster A= audience R= research B=board
BARB is where they keep all the data for T.V viewing figures in the UK
This information shows how programmes, channels and advertising
have performed. They do this by selecting private homes about 5,000
and this represents the TV households in the UK. People that live in
these houses have to say if they are watching a program and when
they are not.
