Chef Ward describes our culinary approach as “F.L.O.S.S.” –fresh, local, organic, seasonal and sustainable. To name just a few of our partners would include; Beecher’s and Rogue River Creameries, Tillamook Cheese factory, Carlton Farms, Deep Roots Farms, Tribal caught Salmon from the Yakima Tribe, Mary’s free range chicken, Bob’s Red Mill, Ruby Jewel Ice Cream, Portland French, Marsee Bakeries, Sun-rise Bagels, Freddy Guy’s Hazelnuts, Alma Chocolatier, Tim’s Cascade Chips, Tazo Tea and many others that are seasonally available. Menu Selection After listening to and working closely with our guests, we are pleased to present a full selection that we know you will find helpful when planning your event. Special menu needs such as gluten-free, vegan, and other special dietary need options are welcome and executed with great attention to flavor and presentation. As always we are “at your service” and pleased to prepare custom menus to help make your meal a unique and exciting dining experience.
Food, Beverage & Service Charge Catered food & beverage will be supplied by hotel. All prices are subject to the standard 24% service charge. There is no sales tax in Oregon.
Guarantees To ensure freshness and availability of product we do ask for a guaranteed number for meals five business days prior to the scheduled function. This number will be considered a final minimal guarantee for billing at the conclusion of your event.
Entertainment & Décor Complimentary floral center pieces are available upon request and offer a sustainable accent to your décor. The hotel offers a selection linen colors and can assist you in making arrangements for entertainment or rental services.
