1 Technical requirements for access to and use of the Electronic Register

2 Instructions for presenting a request via the Electronic Register

2.1 Selecting and filling in the form

− Select the corresponding procedure and, using a digital certificate, access the Electronic Register via the section "Procedures".

− A screen will appear with information on the electronic certificate introduced. Click on the button Accept and you will be asked for a password for its use.

− Select the option Download form. The name of the procedure where the registration was noted will be displayed.

− Select to indicate whether you are acting asInterested Party or Representative.

− Open the form, clicking the button Open in the download window.

You can also save the form to fill in later.

− Fill in the form.

The obligatory information is marked with an asterisk (*), and you can also click the Validate button at the end of the form to show obligatory fields in red.

− You can add complementary documentation by choosing the checkbox Yes in the paragraph "Present associated documentation". In the enabled area, click the plus sign (+), to open a navigation window to choose the files. Fill in the field Description.

o The permitted formats for attached files are: doc, docx, xml, pdf, jpg, jpeg, xlsx and xls. 

o The total size of attached files cannot be more than 9.5 MB.o The maximum length of file names is 50 characters. o The maximum size of the form with the attached files cannot be more than 10

MB.

− Validate the form.

Click the Validate button at the end of the form. If there are any errors or missing information, a pop-up window will indicate them, and the fields will be displayed in red.

If the form is filled in correctly, you will be informed of the need to sign the form with a valid certificate.

− Sign the form

Position the cursor over the field Electronic Signature, which appears after the form is validated, and click on the box.

The form must be signed with the electronic signature of the person presenting it: the interested party, if acting in his or her own name, or the representative.

The form cannot be changed after it has been signed.

− A pop-up screen will appear with information about the signature certificate. Click the button Sign.

− A screen will appear enabling you to save the form to your computer or other device for sending later. Select path and save.

− Enter the access code of your certificate to authenticate the signature.

− The form shows the completed signature and is ready to be sent.

2.2 Sending the request

− Go back to the Electronic Register application and select the option Send request.

− On the new screen, find and add the completed and saved form using the Choose and Add buttons, respectively.

− A Confirmation screen will appear with information about the process and the dispatch status of the request.

− If completed successfully, the register will send an Acknowledgement of Receipt. Click to consult the registered information and save the receipt, which will be proof of the operation.

− Finally, the document Acknowledgement of Receipt will appear with the registration information. Print or save the receipt as proof of the operation.
