Bank Account Profile ProjectYou have been selected by a
marketing firm to develop a book of account profiles that they can
hand
out as promotional materials. The tricky thing is, they want you
to develop this brochure based on
which accounts work best for you! Here is how you will complete
the profiles.
1. You will go to the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada
website atwww.fcac-acfc.gc.ca.2. Click on the bank selector tool.3.
Choose either the Savings account selector or Chequing account
selector.4. Answer the questions that apply to you and click
submit.5. You will have fairly indepth list of the different
accounts that you could choose.6. Select FIVE different accounts.7.
From those five different accounts, you will notice that there is a
great deal of information and
along the top of the information is a tab that says features.
Click on the tab and read that
information.
8. Using that information it will be your job to create five
different poster profiles that will providepeople the background
information into the accounts, who can use it, what the minimum
balance is etc. Take the information provided to you from the
website and put it into poster
form. Creativity is totally up to you in how you design it. It
can be hand drawn or computer
generated but must be in poster form. A minimum of one page is
required for each poster.
9. Once you have created the posters, print off the information
from the website that you used tocreate the posters. And attach
them when you submit the assignment.
Hard copies of the assignment will be due Tuesday April 19!
You will have the remainder of todays class and tomorrows class
to complete the project. You will be
assessed on the rubric attached. Good luck and have fun with
this.
