Baliet Community Development Plan represents the dreams of the people of Baliet Nyongkuach Payam of Baliet County of Upper Nile State for better future. The people of Baliet have continuously been struggling to fight water born diseases. The Sobat which supply them with plenty of water is not clean and safe for drinking. This result to more water born diseases cases.. Food security improved due to support from CARE and this reduced conflicts. and improved nutrition at family level.
