Bakeshop offers a unique selection of breads, croissants, cakes, coffee, sandwiches and salads. Bakeshop is owned by its Chef Jonathan St. Hilaire who has worked in many fine restaurants in New York City and Atlanta. Now, he has turned his love of baking into a bread company that is also ran out of Bakeshop. The concept of Bakeshop was founded on the European concept of baking fresh bread all day, everyday beginning at 4:00 AM. All of the bread is displayed on vintage French bread racks Its hard not to love Bakeshop, when everything on the menu is under $8.00. Not to mention, Bakeshop also offers free Wi-Fi! And in case you still can’t get enough of Bakeshop, the café also offers baking classes for a mere $40.00 per person, so you can learn to make tarts on December 7th!
