Bakeshop is a new boulangerie and pattiserie that has recently opened in the Atlanta area. Bakeshop offers a unique selection of breads, croissants, cakes, coffee, sandwiches and salads. Bakeshop is owned by its Chef Jonathan St. Hilaire who has worked in many fine restaurants in New York City and Atlanta. Now, he has turned his loveof baking into a bread company that is also ran out of Bakeshop.
