Objective: This site is designed so that Baker-Hughes employees can acquire uniforms and related apparel. Employees are issued a certain amount of units or “credits” each calendar year, which are pre-loaded on the store. Employees can “spend” these credits on merchandise.

The table above shows the amounts available as of the employee's last order. The site permits employees to obtain the apparel based on the amount they have left in each category, and submit their order for approval. Their supervisor can then approve or reject the order, and an approved or pending order will reduce the credits accordingly. A rejected order will return the credits available back to their pre-order level. In addition to approving or rejecting orders, supervisors have the ability to update employees and their credits for the year. It should be noted that employees will not have the ability to purchase apparel outside of the uniform program.



Sequence of Events / Process Flow: The process flow follows this scenario:

Customer: 1. The customer will first be presented with a log on screen, and will not be permitted

to proceed unless logged on. a. The FAQ, Information, Order change/Cancellation Policies, Contact us, and

Account Password links will be accessible without logging on



2. The customer can browse through the store pages a. Viewing the category pages and the Home page will show the customer's

available number of items from each category b. Looking through the various categories c. Viewing the individual items and options



3. As soon as an item is added to the Cart, the store will calculate the number of each category of free items allowed for this order based on the number of free items in that category that have already been purchased during the past year.



4. If the items in the cart exceed the available credits for any category, an error message will appear, similar to:

You have ordered more FR Winter Wear than you are allowed. (3 allowed this order) Please correct your order and click the 'Update' button. Thank you.

5. The customer will then have the opportunity to modify the order to stay within the program guidelines.



6. Upon checkout, the billing address and shipping address can be pre-populated with office address information appropriate for that customer.





7. Upon successful order completion, a. An order confirmation email will be sent to the customer, notifying him that

an approval request has been sent to the customer's supervisor.

b. An email will be sent to the customer's supervisor, notifying the supervisor

that there is an order that needs to be approved.
