The parking fee is 0,50 Euro for 30 minutes. You can buy a ticket directly at numerous parking ticket machines on the street. But you can also choose one of the parking garages. One of the best place to park you car in the town centre is the garage at the Spa Römertherme. It is reachable by the Brusattiplatz or the Pergerstraße. You can find this car park in the town center map Baden in Austria at the square C2 and it offers 353 lots in a good location. The parking fee is 0,50 Euro for 30 minutes. Arrival by car Baden is located approximately 25 km in the south of Vienna. You can get to the exit Baden from both directions of the A2 highway. Turn to the left at the 1st traffic light onto the main road B210. After approximately 1,5 km take the exit Baden from the B210 to Haidhofstraße. After approximately 400 m Haidhofstraße changes into Braitnerstraße. Proceed on this road until you reach the roundabout after approximately 1,5 km. Take the first exit of the roundabout onto Kaiser the Franz Joseph bridge. After the bridge you reach the next roundabout. Take there the 2nd exit to reach Erzherzog Rainer-Ring which is already in the town center of Baden. Please use the town center map for further orientation. Arrival by Badner Bahn (Wiener Lokalbahnen - WLB) The big advantage of the Badner Bahn tramway is the direct connection from the city center of Vienna to the town center of Baden. The Badner Bahn drives several times per hour. One ticket at regular price costs 5,40 Euro per direction. The travel time from terminus Wien Oper to the terminus Baden Josefsplatz is approximately 1 hour. The Josefsplatz (D1) is also the starting point for the center walk. Under following link you get the details to the stops and the timetables of the Badner Bahn: WLB Timetable Arrival by train With the train it takes approximate ly 30 minutes from Vienna to Baden. One ticket at regular price and per direction costs 5,40 Euro. You can find the details to the stops and the timetable under following link: ÖBB Timetable The railway station of Baden is not directly in the town center but in walking distance. When you leave the railway station at the main entrance just cross the street to reach a small park. Go straight ahead on the main path till you reach the end of the park. Now cross a street on the zebra crossing to reach the alley Bahngasse. At the end of Bahngasse turn to the right into Wassergasse. You can find this crossing on the town center map in the square E1. Public toilets At following places you can find some public toilets in the town center of Baden: at the Rathaus/town hall (D2, entrance in the courtyard beside the shop Tabak Trafik), in the Kurpark (D3, right beside the main entrance), at the Grünen Markt (CD2, at the car park), in the Doblhoffpark (B2, small building beside the café), on the Josefsplatz at the terminus of the Badner Bahn/Wiener Lokalbahnen (D1, small building directly beside the tracks). The toilets are marked in the town center map Baden with the WC symbol.
