Our OEM pro-gram was developed as a marketing tool for our loyal dealer network and corporate customers. All of our custom OEM bags are made to the same exact standards as our regular Everest product line. We are con-stantly striving to simplify this program and to make it easier for the dealer to stock custom bags/packs in an assortment of colors. EMBROIDERY/SILKSCREEN PRINT Standard production time is 5-10 working days upon receipt of order and artwork approval. Production time is subject to change and varies with order quantitiy and design complexity.

Everest shall not bear responsiblity for shortage unless reported 3 business days from date of receipt. All styles are subject to change without notice.

RETURNS All returns must be pre-authorized by Everest, and a restocking fee of 15% may be applicable on non-printed items. Return of all defective products should be made with description of defect. Everest will repair or replace the product at Everest’s option. Everest will not be liable for costs to replace products with embroidery and/or silkscreen prints.
