I was first offere d my place of post ing as PAO (hqrs. ) at Hyderaba d vi de Le tt er cited at Sl.(3) above. However, sub sequen tly, I have bee n poste d as Accou nts Offi cer (IFA), KO/o. PMG, Vijayawada Region, Vijayawada vide O.O. cited at Serial No.(4) above and was relieved on 3.5.2010 (A/N) vide O.O. cited at Serial NO. (5) above. Obeying the said orders, I have joined as Accounts Officer, IFA on the forenoon of 12 th May, 2010. As I have submitted earlier in my representations dated 20.1.2010 and 30.3.2010, I request that I may be posted as AO at PAO Hyderabad (Hqrs. Office) for the following reasons • I am not keeping good he alt h on account of hypert ension, diabetes and suffered from fracture to my leg and also suffering from Granulomatous uveitis of both eyes for the last three years, which means gradual painless decrease in vision for both eyes
