AIRPORT ENGINEERING2014-2015 ACADEMIC YEAR
INTRODUCTION
With the bachelors degree course in Airport Engineering, which will qualify you to practice as a technical aeronautical engineer, youwill acquire a solid background in airport engineering and a knowledge of air transport, runway maintenance, hangars, terminals andservice buildings, control towers, and passenger and cargo access ways. You will study airport construction, maintenance andmanagement and will learn how to apply the technical skills you acquire to the fields of geotechnical engineering, electrical andcommunications installations, structures, building construction and air navigation infrastructure.
This bachelors degree will entitle you to enrol for any of the masters degree courses offered in the area of Aerospace Engineering,subject to admission by the institution responsible for the degree. Students seeking to pursue a career in research may enrol for adoctoral course.
Regulated profession This bachelors degree will qualify you to practice as a technical aeronautical engineer.Duration 4 yearsStudy load 240 credits (including the bachelor's thesis). One credit is equivalent to a study load of 25-30 hours.Delivery Face-to-facePrices 35,77 /per credit. Consult the system of public prices based on income (2013-2014 academic year)
