As a graduate from the graphic design program, you will: Become proficient in Adobe Design Software on industry standard iMacs. Develop a portfolio of quality work. Have an in-depth understanding of art foundations. Complete coursework focused on typography, identity design, publication and web design, animation and other advanced projects. Through Art Club, the Annual Craft Fair and the Theophilia Oxemann Juried Exhibition, you have the opportunity to exhibit and sell your work to members of the Kentucky Wesleyan family and the community. Kentucky Wesleyan College graphic design majors and minors have opportunities for internships with professional art and design companies. Industry professionals serve as guest lecturers and add their insight and expertise to the formal curriculum. Prospective art and graphic design majors are welcome to submit a ten-image portfolio for the Art Talent Scholarship.
