Applications Studios provide opportunities to work with clients and community groups. They allow students to build knowledge and skill in areas of particular personal interest. This enrichment is then brought to bear in their capstone project. In the penultimate semester, students do the preparatory work for their final project, which is executed in the final semester. Career Opportunities While most graduates go on to become registered architects, there are other career paths graduates sometimes take: Art Production Conservation Construction Engineering Interior and Spatial Design Project Management Software Design and Development Theater, Television, Film Production Design The B. Arch is a five-year program that has implemented a sustainability practice across the entire studio curricula. Using our own Sonoran Desert setting, students learn to design to its extreme conditions; then, are challenged to apply these skills to other climates. The program is broken down into three phases:
