Terms & Conditions PLEASE READ CAREFULLY By making the application, you accept the terms under which the scheme operates, including those set out below. All participants to the B3 TalentLab will retain the rights to their projects during the programme. B3 TalentLab partners will evaluate and assess all the projects at the end of each stage. If your project is not selected to progress to stage 2 you will be free to take your project elsewhere - provided that you ensure that if a film is made based upon your project, B3 will receive a screen credit in the form “Project developed with the support of the B3 Media TalentLab". TalentLab is a positive action programme aimed at redressing the under-representation of people from BAME backgrounds in the UK Film industry. The law permits such actions where there is evidence of under-representation. Skillset research identifies that Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic (BAME) workers are currently underrepresented across the whole of the film industry (Film Production, Distribution and Exhibition).
