Present perfect continuous Tense
+ + + subject has/have been present participle
How to use present perfect continuous tense.
1. To talk about an action that started in the past and stopped recently. There is usually a result now.
• I’m tried because I have been taking lesson.
subject has/have been v.ing
2. To talk about an action that started in the past and is continuing now. This is often used with for or since.
• I have been singing in a choir since last year.
