Azure’s first two towers slated for turnover Interior works continue for third building and Paris Beach Club

The facades and interiors of the Azure Urban Resort Residences’ first two towers are undergoing final finishing works in preparation for turnover. For the interiors, the installation of doors and windows, laminated and tile flooring, and air conditioning units are now complete in the Rio and Santorini buildings. Select fully-fitted units are being furnished based on the chosen interior design themes of residents. Azure’s third tower, the St. Tropez, is being installed with aluminum glass for its unit balconies. The Positano and Miami towers are also rising at a brisk pace, and are currently in the third and second level formworks, respectively. Meanwhile, the Paris Beach Club has reached the top-off stage for its structure and has proceeded to interior works such as the installation of ceilings, floors, and partitions. Azure Urban Resort Residences is located in West Service Road, Bgy. Marcelo Green, Parañaque City, Philippines. It is the country’s first large-scale resort residential community with a man-made beach, and a Beach Club designed by international celebrity and style icon, Ms. Paris Hilton.
