Azteca Especial Pizza

14 in. whole wheat crust2 cup BELLISSIMO prepared pizza sauce1/2 cup pico de gallo8 oz Monterey Jack-cheddar cheese blend, shredded6 oz. Burke NaturaSelect Organic Seasoned Ground Beef, 84229, thawed1/2 cup onion, yellow, diced1 tomato, diced1/4 cup cilantro leaves, fresh

1. Mix pizza sauce and pico de gallo together in a bowl. Spread sauce evenly over pizza shell, up to 1/2 inch of edge.

2. Place beef, onions, tomatoes and jalapenos (if desired) evenly over pizza surface. Sprinkle on cheese.

3. Place in preheated 450 degree F conventional or pizza oven and bake 12-18 minutes or until crust in golden and cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown. Remove from oven and top with cilantro.
