MIS REPORTS: - Process is to maintain collection and payment reports

for corporate customers.

UAT TEAM: - Analyzing and understanding current business and system

processes.BRD (Business Requirement Document) study and preparation of Functional specification, Technical specification and SIT/UAT test cases.UAT

support and issue resolutions for branch users. Identifying the gaps and Finalizing the Functional Specifications. Making production rollout plans for

new systems / enhancements and executing the same. Preparing test

Projects Handled

Few of the Projects handled: FlexCube Enhancements Implementation – UAT for implementing

FlexCube for CitiBank India. E-FLOW Imaging Systems – UAT of Imaging solutions for the Cash

Management Collections. This was a system for Cheque Image Data

Management. Cheque/Cash Startup Letter- Have automated the start-up letter process

by collating data from user and prepare the BRD and send it to tech team and done the UAT testing for the same. Due to which time was saved around

4 Hrs of the concerned unit. Migrations from CPC to PPM- Currently handle the testing for the

migration of the Citibank old software to a regional software PPM.

Role involve in testing:- a) Preparation of the FRD for the reports need to be developed on

Business object b) Data Migration testing, verified all the transaction/maintenances data

migrated to the new system. Also, provided logic to migrate the

same to a new system. Provided details of parent-child linkage table. c) Report/Events/Scheduler testing developed on Business object.

d) Prepare FRD for accounting entry along with the verification part. e) Have tested different Interfaces like Flex cube (Statement data of

the customer), E-flow (Cheque Imaging system), CSDS,IMAIL (Mail delivery application of the customer), Citidirect (Online customer

website)

f) Migartion of CIMS (Old Imaging system during CPC time) to a new one (EFLOW system).

Value Addition Have done project in suppressing the hardcopy for the reports/statement

which was getting dispatch to the customer. Co-ordinate with customer and

convince them to use the softcopy which they will receive via email. As a result, there was a cost save of Rs. 15 lacs/year to the company.

Have automated schedule for outstation cheque whereby saving a

time of 4 hrs on a daily basis computing to 1 FTE. Have done course in Business Object XIR3 for developing reports and

universe from GEIS institute.
