Let’s conclude with a game called : 54321

There’s no one way or “best

way” to work with PTSD, but

coupling meditation practice

”Practicing being in the moment”

Remember the journey of

Prince Siddharth to Goutham

Buddha attending “Nirvana” !

It begins by………………….

5-naming five things we see

4- four things we feel (the ground beneath our

feet, the rise and fall of our chest)

3-three things we hear

2- two things we smell

1- one thing that we appreciate right now—

Do practice this this Being in the Moment

"several times a day for a few months.
