”Practicing being in the moment”
Remember the journey of
Prince Siddharth to Goutham
Buddha attending “Nirvana” !
It begins by………………….
5-naming five things we see
4- four things we feel (the ground beneath our
feet, the rise and fall of our chest)
3-three things we hear
2- two things we smell
1- one thing that we appreciate right now—
Do practice this this Being in the Moment
"several times a day for a few months.
Thank You
