in everyday situations.

• Never sit in the sun when it is very hot.

• Always wear a hat in the sun.

• Always wear sunglasses to protect your eyes.

• Always wear a T-shirt for water sports.

• Always drink lots of water on hot days.

• Always put more sunscreen on after

swimming.
