A.W.R.F. GENERAL MEETING REGISTRATION FORM

The Registration Fee is $525.00 per person until April 13th After April 13th the fee is $575.00 per person.
There are no partial fees or exceptions. The same fee is paid by all delegates attending all or part of the meeting, including spouses, family members and invited guests. It is the association’s long-standing policy to have every attendee pay one fee that covers all our general meeting costs. The costs covered by the fee will include: 4 receptions, 2 breakfasts, banquet, badges, outside speaker fees and entertainment.

Golf Tournament – MONDAY April 23rd – The fee is $140.00 per player at Camelback Golf Club @ JW Marriott Scottsdale. The Tournament will be a 12:00 shotgun start. The course address is: 7847 N. TOUR – TUESDAY, April 24th – The fee is $110.00 per participant. Join us and visit the Queen Creek Olive Mill and enjoy lunch at Cowboy Ciao in Old Town Scottsdale. Fee includes Tour, Transportation and Lunch. Meet in Lobby at 9am, Bus loads at 9:15am. Returning to the hotel by 3pm.
