Framework for slab standThe Duofix can be ordered withslab stands as an optional extra.

Standard commercial patio slabs(size 50 x 50 x 5 cm) are used to load the framework. These are available from local buildingsupplies specialists.

From a structural analysis pointof view, the foundations do nothave to be reinforced. Additionalreinforcement is merely a designfeature and not compulsory.

We recommend that you useAVM-BGZ-R (A4) 125 M12concrete anchors supplied by theAtrion company to fasten thescrew-in base. Alternatively, youcould use similar products sup-plied by the Fischer company(Type FAZ) or HILTI concreteanchors.

On a slab stand, the cables can be led in from the side into theslotted square pipe post.

Screw-in bases are perforatedunderneath (ø 40 mm). Cablescan be run upwards through thefoundations into the square pipe post.

The wall connection bracketcomes supplied with a drilledhole (ø 40 mm) above the cross-beam to house the electricalconnections fitted on-site.
