At about 4 years old Carlos was playing on a swing set when tragedy struck - the

swing set collapsed on top of him. Luckily, Carlos and his family found Fresh

Start. Now 6 years old, Carlos has had 2 surgeries that have partially restored his

vision, repaired his tear duct and given him greater control of his eyelid. Carlos

will continue to reveive care from Fresh Start to ensure he reaches his best

possible outcome and enjoys a healthy, happy future.
