fit for consideration by Jurist. 3. The nomination would be considered based on information

if awarded.  5. Nominations from one company can be made for multiple

categories. One Company can be considered for multiple awards in different categories. Normally not more than one award to each Company.

2ND GLOBAL ICT FORUM 2014 – “INNOVATIONS TO DRIVE ECONOMY OF DEVELOPING & COUNTRIES & CYBER SECURITY”

This will discuss Innovations and Cyber Security done in India and other parts of world and their applicability in India.

This event will showcase the latest research, processes, services and products emerging from the ICT sector. These innovations are playing an integral part in shaping emergence of Countries as a fast-growing and inclusive economy. The Forum provides an opportunity for international participants to hear from Government officials and private sector representatives about their significance.

The main purpose of the Conference to be held in India would be to provide platform to demonstrate various innovations and applications of various Countries and to provide developing Countries to see these innovations and consider adoption in their Countries & how to be secure from Cyber threats. There would also be Industry sponsors who would be willing to adopt the innovations and Cyber Security apps for commercial use. Suitable innovations would be awarded by Industry and conference. 

There have been several new initiatives for innovations across globe, especially Africa has come up nicely for mobile payments, India with Akash tablets and so on.

Regarding Cyber Security - Computer Modernization, where all the Law-Enforcement agencies, Corporate, Govt. Bodies, Academia, Individuals & other sectors are getting dependent on computers & internet, it becomes very crucial for every sector to secure its Confidential Data/Information from the professional crackers.

Moreover, as our society is getting dependent on all the Electronic Transactions like, E-Shopping, E-Banking, E-Commerce, E-Ticketing, E-Gaming etc, the ‘Cyber Crime' on another side is also rising up day by day and on the basis of this, the new concept of “Cyber Security” is coming up into the picture and its also in Boom.
