In December 2008, Aviatech was Awarded media buying and strategicLead generation duties for Direct Buy in Canada.
We generate more than 2,500 leads/moand convert on an acquisition cost that hasincreased their Franchisee’s profitability andMember levels in the highly competitive home services vertical.
Most recently, we’ve incorporated online Appointment functionality to drive more appointments. Nearly 12% of all leads are scheduling an appointment. Please NOTE: The Direct Buy sale is more than $5,000.

- Removal of the form fill on second page increased total leads compared to the form and phone number existing alone.
- Decreased CPL by over 100%
- Segmented spends based on location to give campaign local feel.
In late 2008 we determined through a variety of testing—that The Cleaning Authority needed a managed call center to handle leads generated online.
Additionally, our learning’s removed the “online form” from the media mix and required all leads be Inbound calls. The removal of outbound variable decreased overall CPL, increased lead volume and kept Sales staffing costs down for both Franchisee and Franchisor.
