IN REGARD TO THE DEPOSITS, THIS IS WHAT IS APPLICABLE:

- Last months rent and one months rent refundable security depositthat will be returned as soon as the property becomes vacant and isreturned to its original conditions.

-- A refundable key + gate deposit of $50 USD per key that will be returned as soon as the property becomes vacant and the keys are returned.

- A required $440 USD utilities deposit. This deposit is refundable upon your departure, once all bills have been paid and there are no outstanding balances.
