Ava Lilly designz was started in early 2014 when I was getting ready to go onto maternity leave with my youngest child. DETERMINING YOUR RING SIZE1. Cut a strip of paper about 5 inches long and about 1/4-inch wide.

2. Wrap the paper strip around the widest part of the appropriate finger. Often, this will be at a joint, but it may be in a number of locations and may differ from hand to hand. You can use an old ring to help find the widest spot.

3. Use a pen or pencil to mark the point on the paper where the ends of the paper strip overlap (form a complete circle).

4. Use a ruler to measure the length from the outside end to the mark on the paper to the nearest 1/16" of an inch (decimal equivalents are given in the table) or millimeter, rounding up if necessary.

5. Find the closest measurement on the size chart to determine your ring size.

Use millimeters for a more accurate size.

Payments are to be made at time of order. If your purchase is from an Ava Lilly Designz party all items will be ordered together once payment is made in full. Urgent orders are available at an extra cost to the customer. If you need your items in a hurry please speak to your friends consultant or contact us at [email protected]. Payments can be made in cash (for party plan orders) or by Paypal or direct bank deposit. Orders take approximately 30 days to be processed and delivered to you. We recommend you order your items well in advance if you need it for a speci!c date to avoid disappointment. Postage and handling charges are in addition to the total cost of your order.

Due to jewellery being customised there is a strict no cancellation policy. Ava Lilly Designz takes every e"ort to ensure the correct personalisation of custom jewellery. We create the jewellery in accordance to the informa-tion supplied to us by the customer. If there is an error in the information provided to us from the customer we take no responsibility in rectifying this. However, we are happy to work with our customers by re-ordering jewellery with correct personalisation at the cost of the customer.

Jewellery will be ordered as soon as payment has cleared and information on personalisation is provided to Ava Lilly Designz. If a customer changes their mind on how they want the jewellery customised after it is ordered the piece will have to be replaced. Therefore, this can only be arranged at the customers cost.

Every e"ort is made by Ava Lilly Designz to ensure that every piece of jewellery is of the highest quality. If there is a genuine fault with any purchase it must be returned to Ava Lilly Designz within 7 days of receiving it and we will ensure that the item is repaired or replaced if deemed appropriate by Ava Lilly Designz.
