Welcome to the Autumn & Winter 2017/18 guide to the events at Hampstead Synagogue. This year is the 125th anniversary of the synagogue and we look forward to celebrating together with a party hosted in December. We are alsoorganising to hold a day in February with top speakers on a variety of subjects. In additionwe are excited to announce that we areplanning to hold many other events this year. These include pre-kiddush talks, book group meetings, adult education programmes, dinners, lunches, events for 20s and 30s and our annual quiz supper. We are proud to have Danielle Gedalla, our new Scholar-in-Residence this year. She will be offering shiurim on a wide range of topics. September gives us the opportunity to welcome the former Chief Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks to Hampstead for Shabbat. We look forward to seeing you all at these forthcoming events.
