Bookings can be made through the “My Family Lounge” online portal. You can access the portal via our website or click here.Existing families please log on and follow the casual care prompts. If you are a new family please register on our website and follow the prompts.

Our Vacation Care service is open to all families from the local community at our John Palmer and Riverbank service locations. We cater for school aged children and they must be enrolled in school for the year of 2019 to attend our services.

Please ensure you pack: • Lunch - the service is NUT AWARE. Please

ensure your child’s packed lunch is free from food containing all nuts.

• Water/Drink Bottle.• Please leave all valuables or electronics at

home.Please ensure you wear: • Hat and a suitable sun safe shirt covering

the shoulders (no singlets). • Sensible enclosed shoes (no thongs).

The Vacation Care service provides: • Breakfast - provided until 8am.• Morning Tea - fresh fruit & healthy snack. • Afternoon Tea - fresh fruit & healthy snack.

Please be aware that if you have not attended the service location in the last 6 weeks you must re-confrim your enrolment on MyGov to receive CCS rebates. We CANNOT do this on your behalf.

Booking Deadline: Please be aware that our online booking system will close and all bookings must be completed by midnight Friday 29th of March. Bookings requested after this date will only be accepted at management discretion and will incur a late booking fee.

Priority of Access: Priority of access will be given to children who attend the school where the service is located. Please view our Parent Handbook for further details on our service and its priority of access policy.

Bop Till You Drop will be visiting for an exciting Interactive Disco and Karaoke Show. Have fun with our staff creating crazy hair styles, play fun group games and decorate your own portable speaker to take home. Be sure to wear your favourite disco outfit!

EMOJI PARTYJoin us for smiles and fun as we enjoy a day all things emoji. Enjoy a fun cooking experience where you can make emoji cookies to take home. You can also take some snaps during our Emoji photo booth competition (prizes to be won!) and then decorate a picture frame too. Relax and unwind watching the The Emoji Movie (G Rating) with your friends.

SYDNEY CRICKET GROUND TOUR Join us on an exciting excursion to the SCG in Sydney, visiting the cricket ground for a private backstage tour of the stadium including fun games, sporting history and much more. We will enjoy a picnic lunch before returning to the centre for a game of cricket and craft.

Join us as we turn OOSH into a mini library, with new books to read and explore. You’ll get to paint your own library bag and make bookmarks to take home. READING CINEMAS Join us on an excursion to Reading Cinemas Rouse Hill. We will be watching a new release movie (TBC). We will return to the centre and enjoy making playdough and puppet characters from your favourite movies along with fun group games.

BICYCLE & SCOOTER DAYBring your bicycle or scooter as we transform our COLA into a mini bicycle city with roads and pathways for you to explore. Join us in making recycled buildings and road signs to add and personalise our city.

Please only bring bicycles or scooters. NO skateboards or ribsticks etc. Please don’t forget your helmets!
