Films on the Big screen
colourfestFriday, march 1 to Friday, march 8 from 9.30am to 6pm; and thursday march 21 from 6.30pmthe cube Wodonga courtyard
Colourfest is Australia’s Multicultural Film Festival focusing exclusively on culturally diverse Australia’s stories. Colourfest was conceived as a response to the lack of cultural diversity on Australian screens. Portrayal of culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) Australians on screen is either limited or skewed towards negative representations. Colourfest challenges such negative portrayals, and showcases a more authentic and inclusive image of Australia as a nation of diverse faces.
