Traditional manufacturers in the automobile and electronics industries used pneumatic orhydraulic presses to assemble electronics parts. However, these presses could not meet theenvironmental protection trends and needs of achieving efficient production for multiple product types, low volumes, short lead times, and customization as they often had issues such as low efficiency, high power consumption, and pollution. Common issues of pneumatic presses include loud noise, high prices, and low stability, while hydraulic presses face leaking oil, lost oil seals, and press fading.

With our brand spirit of “Smarter, Greener, Together,” Delta began to develop servo presses in 2000, and has since introduced hundreds of them into our production lines for fans, motors, internet communication products, and more. With mature technology and development, Deltahas launched a new Servo Press that integrates professional technology, hardware, and software to meet the requirements of fast, flexible, and mixed production lines for smart manufacturing.
