on 10-03-2016 and the payment of invoice 525517981615 has been credited on

25-04-2017.

Reply : CSC-SPV has informed that they have not received the above affidavit

dated 24.11.2016

Educational Trust second time through Blue Dart 01.02.2017 to the NDLM /

DISHA office

Reply : CSC-SPV has informed that they have received the above affidavit

dated 07.02.2017.

6) Details about the grievance CSC mail date 08.03.2017 which replied wrong

information about the amount received by -St. Thomas Charitable and

Educational Trust from NDLM.

Reply: CSC-SPV has informed that the information sent through above mail iscorrect, because the amount is credited after deducting the TDS.

7) As per our record we didn't receive the amount for the Invoices send to NDLM /DISHA Office.
