SINGLE PHASE AUTOMATIC FUEL PUMP CONTROL
WORKING MODES: OFF: all off (used with external remote switch) MAN: the fuel level is maintained constant at MAX STOP
AUTO: the fuel level is maintained between MIN START and MAX STOP (the pump starts when the level is lower than MIN. START and stops at MAX STOP level)
BLOCKS: MAX ALARM: stops the pump both in manual and automatic modes CHARACTERISTICS: - Supply voltage 12 or 24VDC
- Fuel pump engine max voltage 250Vac - Max engine current 10A at 250Vac (6.3 A with default fuse) - Safety solenoid voltage 12 or 24V (same that supply voltage) - Max solenoid current 3A
PROTECTIONS: - 5x20mm glass fuse as protection for the pump engine - Self-restoring integrated fuse as protection for the solenoid - Protection against the supply voltage inversion
CONNECTIONS: J1 connector power supply 12 or 24V J2 connector supply 230Vac J3 connector connections to level contacts J4 connector level contacts outputs (to others devices) J5 connector fuel pump engine J6 connector remote command switch J7 connector security fuel solenoid NOTES: In order to use a remote switch, the internal switch must left in OFF position. The
supply inputs for the security solenoid command are pin X (positive 12-24V) and 20 (ground 0V) of the connector J1: connect the X pin to a positive which is present only when the engine is running and with a proper current rate.
SIGNALLING LEDs: ON PUMP: fuel pump running MAX ALARM: level higher than the maximum (with block) MAX STOP: maximum level (pump stop)
MIN. START: minimum level (pump start) RESERVE: fuel reserve EMPTY: fuel end
