What the system does as a whole?
Automated General Ledger System is the summary of accounting reports such as:

Transaction covered of AGLS
Downloading of supporting document Journal Entry Voucher of every department

Special Technology
Submission of supporting documents will be automated meaning no paper works will be send to AGLS.
Sending SMS for forgot password Document extraction into MS excel file, MS word file, Adobe
PDF file.
Major difference from other similar system

Budget preparation system has own on database as well as collection system. The JEV posted in general ledger will directly save into bad
entry table. However posted will remain.
