The bench is a universal driving assembly that enables achieve a rotation speed and torque, necessary for proper operation of:- adapter for the drive unit injector (CAM box) and PLD systems- rotary and inline pumps, diesel engines power systems,- high pressure pumps for high power engines Common Rail systems.
Specifi cations:- drive, an asynchronous motor with a power of 5.5 kW, powered with an inverter drive 3x400V 50Hz,- stepless adjustment and change of direction of rotation of the pump: left-right,- spindle speed of rotation regulation in the range of 100 - 1500 rpm – stabilized speed,- the possibility of setting the number of revolutions of the spindle in the range of 1 - 9999 rev/min.- integral encoder allows to read the position of the spindle with an accuracy of 0.10 ° andsynchronizes triggering of the UIS control signal,- relative fuel pressure feeding tested component -0.2 ÷ 6.0 kG/cm2,- temperature of the working medium stabilized in the range of 30 ÷ 60 ° C.
Equipped with a universal mounting rails for installing, among others:- measuring tubes for unit injector testing measurement,- a set of measuring tubes for Diesel rotary pumps testing,- fi xture for Common Rail pumps testing.
The stand has an innovative way of tested components synchronization with the rotation of the drive; built-in device for measuring the angle of the shaft position with an accuracy of 0.10 ° and an easy way to reset and adjust so-called „Triggering angle”.The calibration process signifi cantly reduces, except that is simpler and more accurate thansolutions with traditional mechanical measurement of an angle.The solutions put the testing bench of pumps and UIS among unique devices on the workshop market, particularly that relate to the future powering diesel engines solutions used in truck transport.
The ingenuity of mechanical solutions, the use of modern power electronic components and microproces-sor techniques is a model example of mechatronic solutions for the diagnosis of the workshop.
