Autodesk Student Account Creation & Verification

Step by Step procedure Presentation

Students to access Autodesk software for Educational PurposeGo for this link: https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview

Step 1: Select “GET STARTED” to create Autodesk Account

Step 2:

Select, Country – IndiaEducational role – Student

Institution Type – University/Post-secondary

for college Student

Select your Date of Birth

click “Next” to enter the personal details

Step 3:

Type your First & Last Name (Mandate)

Enter valid mail-id (college domain mail is preferable then

personal mail id) Mention the password for your

Autodesk account.

Tick the check box to accept terms & condition and Click CREATE ACCOUNT button to

complete the Account creation

Step 4:

A verification mail from Autodesk is sent to your registered mail id. Check in Inbox, Spam or in Junk folder to open the verification

mail.

Click at VERIFY EMAIL button to complete the email verification

Step 5:

Type your college Name in Name of educational institution and select your

college from the list of registered educational institutions, if not found

then register it (may take seven days or more to validate it).

Area of study:- For Mechanical students – Product design &

Manufacturing For Civil students – Architecture,

engineering & constructions

Enrolled period of study:- 3 to 4 years

Click “Next” to verify your educational access

Step 6:

Again go for GET STARTED to sign-in to Confirm that your

personal information are correct (as per your college records) to get the educational access of

Autodesk products.

Click CONFIRM to upload your proof for educational

verification

Step 7: Upload your “Student ID card” JPEG or PDF in Drag documents here, or browse option.

It may take a couple of days to confirm your eligibility.Note: You won't be able to access software until your eligibility is confirmed

Step 8:

On confirming your eligibility for Educational

Access a confirmation mail is sent to your mail

from Autodesk as shown.

Click GET PRODUCTS to start downloading the

Autodesk Software

Step 9: Select your product and click Get Started under the software name

Step 10:

Select the OS type, Version and language

Click Install (direct install from cloud) or

Download for the software backup

Activities to complete before next session

Activity-1

Create a student account in Autodesk using college domain mail-ID and should complete verification (email

and educational access verification)

Activity-2

Install the Fusion 360 software or access the Fusion 360 online version from your PC/Laptop

Activity-3

Create a New Project Folder from the data panel with your Student ID number

Share the project folder to

design@ictacademy.in

Activity-4

Enrol to the below 2 courses with your Autodesk accountcredentials and complete within 2 weeks and upload yourcourse completion certificate in your Project Folder
