WHAT IS AUTO-RENEWAL?The Auto-Renewal scheme is just that. It means that once you have paid for 2019 and setup a Direct Debit Instruction then in future seasons we will automatically renew your Season Ticket, normally in the middle of August.

We will write to you a month before taking the payment at which point you’ll have the chance to opt out and cancel your Auto-Renewal. However, if you’re happy then you don’t need to do anything – just sit back, relax and the money will be debited from your account and your seat renewed on the date stated – simple!

WILL I ALWAYS GET THE CHEAPEST PRICE?Yes. This year we have simplified the previously complex pricing model and when you sign up to the Auto-Renewal scheme we guarantee that you will always receive the cheapest Season Ticket price.

WHEN WILL THE MONEY BE DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT THIS YEAR?This year, the first payment will be taken at the time of purchase using your debit or credit card. In future years the money will be taken normally in the middle of August.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?To sign up for Auto-Renewal all you need to do is choose the Auto-Renew option on your Season Ticket form or contact the ticket office on 01942 311111. Your payment for your 2019 Season Ticket will need to be made by debit or credit card. Once your ticket(s) has been purchased we will then send you a Direct Debit Instruction to complete so that in future years we can take the payment automatically.

DO I HAVE TO USE AUTO-RENEWAL?No, but it is the easiest and cheapest method of renewal. However, if you’d prefer to renew manually or take out a finance package, then simply select the appropriate option when you renew.

In 2019 it is a fresh beginning for the Wigan Warriors, I’m looking forward to playing with our major new signing Zak Hardaker, under a new head coach in Adrian lam and in 2020 Shaun Edwards plus training in our new performance facility at Robin Park Arena.
